The following benefits are for full-time employees.
Child Care Subsidization – Reagan Secondary offers a $30.00 subsidization per pay period for your child care services. Child care provider must be state certified and proof of payment must be submitted.
Tuition Discount – Tuition for the children of employees will be 50% of the normal rate. For the purpose of this policy, children of employees also include step children and adoptive children.
Health Insurance – Reagan Secondary provides employees and their dependents the option to enroll into the company’s medical, dental, and vision insurance. The school and employee will each pay 50% of the insurance premium costs.
Retirement Savings – Reagan Secondary proffers employees the opportunity to contribute into a 401(k) and Roth IRA. The school will match 50% of employee contributions up to 6% of their gross salary.
